The topics that underground our business idea and drive us in our activity are: 1- We are sure the up-to-date manager must face with technological innovations to give a complete consulting and/or managing support; information technology cant be any more considered as a tool, but on the contrary as a spur to be innovative (learning organization). In fact today's best companies are striving to manage technology and innovation in much more nimble ways. Management consultants must be at least up to date to think about and support changes in organizational, strategical and communicational aspects. 2- Nothing is more significant than strong and long customer relationships; it means change your sales department in a proactive way, going in deep inside the relationship and customizing it (1 to 1 marketing), looking for new needs, recording contacts on sharable software tools.
One of our skills is the long and heavy professional background our guys rely on, that allows us to understand which organizational impacts new processes or tools can provoke in that firm, in that market and at that time. We put together different skills and professional backgrounds that allow us to realize a full screening of the firm; moreover we don't think that a consulting pool must be composed by people thinking and working in the same way. We consider indeed the human being, with his culture, his academic and professional experience and his working updating methods the basic element to build up a consulting team
